Type I, II and III collagens make up almost 90% of the collagen in the human body. Type I and III collagens are components of skin and bone. Type II collagen is a component of ligaments and tendons. It is mainly found in articular cartilage and makes up to 70% of the dry cartilage mass.
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation, which is necessary for the normal functioning of bones, cartilage and blood vessels.
Biotin contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, mucous membranes and skin.

Hydrolyzed collagen powder (types I and III), maltodextrin, fructose, boswellia (Boswellia serrata) resin extract 4-6:1, lemon flavoring, acidity regulator citric acid, L-ascorbic acid, hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate), L-leucine, native type II collagen, sweetener sucralose, bromelain 80 GDU/g** (from pineapple (Ananas comosus L.) fruit), biotin.
For adults 1 sachet at any time of the day. Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass of water (about 150 – 200 ml) not exceeding 25°C, thoroughly mix and drink. It is recommended to use in the form of a course: for 12 weeks 2 times a year.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use a food supplement as a substitute for a full and balanced diet. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the product’s components. Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating women. Do not use after the expiry date.
Store in a dry, dark place, out of reach of children, at a temperature up to 25°C.
